FLU VACCINE AVAILABLE AT DRIVE UP CLINICS

Due to continued COVID-19, Door County Public Health is unable to provide flu vaccines to students in the schools this year.

We will be offering flu vaccines for all youth ages 4 and up at any one of the drive-up flu clinics sites (please see attached flyer for dates, times and locations). Flu vaccine is free of charge regardless of insurance status, through a special state program.  The COVID-19 vaccine will also be available at all drive-thru clinics. Both vaccines maybe administered on the same date if parents/guardians chose.

We ask that when possible, parents print and complete the attached consent form ahead of time and bring to the clinic.  We will also have forms on site.  A parent/guardian needs to sign the consent form for the student to receive flu vaccine, and if under age 18, a responsible adult needs to accompany them to the vaccine clinic.

If you have any questions, please contact Public Health at 920-746-2234.
