IMPORTANT SURVEY FOR PARENT FEEDBACK TO DISTRICT NEEDS

These are certainly challenging times, and nothing we could have predicted. Now, more than ever, careful planning and hearing the voice of all stakeholders is important.

In addition to responding to the current crisis, the District is reaching out to all District residents, including parents and staff, to gather input regarding District operations with a community-wide survey.

We are working with School Perceptions, an independent educational research firm, to conduct the survey and ensure all responses are kept confidential.  We are asking that all parents respond to a survey that will be emailed out May 27th from School Perceptions.

To ensure data integrity, each survey invitation/link code can only be used once. As such, you must access the survey through your email invitation, not a forwarded email or link.  The survey access number will not identify you; it simply links you to the District's survey. However, the software is able to track survey completion via the link code, and encourage participation of non-respondents.  School Perceptions' privacy policy guarantees your email address will not be used/shared for any purpose other than the contracted survey.

The survey will be open through June 17 at 5:00 pm.  If you do not receive an email invitation to complete the survey, please check your spam/junk folders, and then contact Cari Udermann with School Perceptions for assistance. Cari can be reached at 262.644.4300, Ext. #7008.

Thank you for your willingness to provide your feedback on some important district needs.
