General District Guidelines:

• The district will identify internet viability for each student's household through questions that are added to  the registration process.
• The district will increase technology access to support in-class and remote learning:
  • Use of webcam/microphone/USB extenders for classrooms to facilitate ability for students to “remote-in” for short-term periods, due to illness or quarantine
  • Provide Chromebooks for all 4K-12 students
  • Deploy additional network security measures for both on-site and remote learning scenarios for student and staff safety and system security
  • Deploy Chromebooks and MiFi devices as needed for full-time remote learners
• The tech team will continue to plan and present professional development opportunities for staff according to identified needs and interests, and develop resources as needed to assist parents with remote learning.

Secondary (6-12):

• Chromebooks will be taken home daily.
